A nice journey in Miami--Bayfront Park

Compared with cities of China, most American cities can be called small towns, which you hardly see high-rise buildings, symbols of big cities. But when we walked along SW 8th street and entered the downtown, rows upon rows of tall buildings told us Miami is a real metropolis.

A friendly guy of Miami University suggested us to visit Bayfront Park by taking light rail train, called Metromover here. Metromover has 2 charged routes and 1 free route for downtown transportation. The train ran among the tall buildings and sent us to our destination, Bayfront Park.

Though Bayfront Park faces Atlantic Ocean, the water is quiet because a peninsula and several islands lie on the ocean.
Beside of the lonely old man who was looking at the ocean, the young people and rich people were spending their energy and money.

Behind the park, there was a free market and many resturants. Many people were making or enjoying their life.

Possessing a boat to an American is still a luxury. Obviously here were many rich people.
No money for boat? No problem! You can enjoy in other ways. See, these hot Latin dancers in the free open stage.
It was darker and darker. It was the time to find a place in South Beach to live in.
